Kimberly lives for helping people and teams unlock their full potential! Her early career was in traditional project management. As soon as she learned about agile she became a strong-advocate. Her agile "ah-ha moment" occurred when she witnessed how limiting WIP led repeatedly to higher throughput - mind blowing! Her passion grew as she experienced the improvements agile had on her team's morale and engagement.

Kimberly’s career path made a quick pivot from project management to coaching, and she hasn't looked back! She was one of the coaches who led Vistaprint's Creative Agency through their agile transformation - educating on agile principles and working with the teams to apply them, ultimately reducing lead time for creative work by 63%.

Kimberly was asked to join the start-up Vistaprint Corporate Solutions in early-2016 when they needed a Scrum Master (or "Scrum Queen" as her teams fondly nicknamed her) to help form new technology squads and bring their product vision from idea to reality. She saw those teams go from forming to high-performing, and that product go from a walking skeleton to a million-dollar solution.

Kimberly’s role at Vistaprint Corporate Solutions is now that of an Agile Coach. Her current focus within this growing, start-up culture is educating and coaching leaders across the organization and helping teams find ways to apply agile across all functions - Marketing, Sales, Design/Creative, Finance, Technology - and across all locations - US, Jamaica, Spain, Tunisia, and India. She loves working with such a diverse group and helping people have agile "ah-ha moments" all their own!
